Client Orientation

Welcome to the Consumer Education Program. . A private website was created to post valuable information that you can access any time of the day or night you choose. There is information there that will detail where you lose points and where you gain points, budgeting tools created by a Harvard bankruptcy professor and a process for applying for credit so you don't lose the hard earned points we get back for you. Each time you are billed there is a folder name that you will be required to review. When there is a quiz or workbook to complete the due date is the same as the due date on your docusign envelope. It is important that you know how to use the information at the shared link so you can maintain a higher score once it is improved.

Tip: You can earn back the money you spend by referring others to the program.

How to Successfully Complete Your Program

  • Familiarize myself with the terms and conditions in my contract

  • Fax or e-mail your credit reports as soon as you receive them

  • Check your e-mail messages frequently and return requested information within 4 working days. Don’t waste time refusing to supply the required information. You are only hurting your progress.

  • Don’t be embarrassed to request to be on the budget payment plan

  • When you receive a billing act responsibly and make sure your payment will be processed as scheduled. If you need to make alternate payment arrangements communicate right away. Its not reasonable to expect that you will receive special privileges or alternate arrangements when you haven’t communicated.

  • Visit our online classroom frequently. You will receive a link when you enroll but you will not get a link when the course material is updated.

  • Demonstrate that you are reliable and responsible. After all your habits may negatively or positively impact your progress. You may need your representative to be absolutely on your side when working with your creditors.  Your opinion does count. Take a few minutes to complete our online classroom survey.

Tip: Any information requested is used for the sole purpose of gaining points back for you.
